Do everything in your power to avoid this 3rd rate company! I recently received an invoice for items that I did not receive. Granted, the invoice was only 45.00 but I'm not in the habit of paying for items that I did not receive. I contacted their customer "disservice" in an attempt to work this out but they indicated that it was my responsibility to contact UPS to track. they have very rude customer service. Try to change cbap mask, more than one week passed, but could not reach any responsible person.. Each transfer to others.. I told I will return it if nobody takes care of my request then she told me "I do not need this info" then hung up the phone in my face.
