Terrible company. They lie and then wont stick to their word. I bought a rental ready unit from them a few years back. The paperwork did not match what I had asked for. They said they had a mix up and sent me new paperwork, but all they did was change the information on paperwork to satisfy what I needed. Generator got shipped to me and we put it onsite to find out that they had lied and changed the paperwork and this unit did not work for the application. Our company needed several tier 4 final 1 meg generators built to specific size and weight, the whole project was custom build and built during the pandemic. Eric and Manny pulled it off when no other manufacturer including Caterpillar would touch it and built 3 Volvo driven 1250KVA twin packs that have been working flawlessly for several years now so we just ordered 3 more of the same.
