Shady employees, sent threatening texts over a penny. Seriously?
Please please please make sure if you are going through this company 1 don’t ever make your pay off payment or any payments through the automated system. I have had horrible customer service they are giving me the run around. I made my pay off payment on 4/19/20 they tell me I didn’t I send them my bank statement over 5 times they say they aren’t receiving them. I’ve sent them from my computer, my phone I’ve even faxed them and they still claim not to have them. My bank Navy Federal say the payment went through but they sayi... read more
