Got on the schedule in a matter of days. Technician came by beforehand to assess. Technician custom made bay window rods at the time of install which were better than any store product. NO mess, NO noise! Extremely knowledgeable and stocked with all tools and even corrected prior install mistakes. TOP NOTCH COMPANY AND VERY REASONABLE!
Keith arrived before the appointment and took time to ask exactly how I needed my curtains installed and his attention to detail and care was much appreciated. He took great care with my furniture and other items in my family room as he went about installing the curtains on two story windows. He was extremely professional and polite and completed his work in the time he promised he would. I would highly recommend him.

Keith arrived on time, was very professional, courteous and not to mention PATIENT. He did an awesome job...I feel his rates were very reasonable.
Contractor was supposed to provide an estimate for repairing an installed rod and curtain. He did not provide an estimate, but kept working and finally decided that rod needed replacement. He was supposed to look for a new rod and call back with an estimate for installation. After a delayed second visit, he came up with a type of rod that was not acceptable. He ended up leaving without performing the job. Lack of communication prior to the second visit was the cause of this fiasco.
Very prompt and professional. Highly recommended. Will definitely use again for future jobs.
I hired Keith to hang two story drapes in my family room. It was a pretty complicated job on a very high ladder. He did a great job and I am very happy with his work.
