I give this place a 0. It is dirty, giving off homeless, drug, and prostitution vibes. Only 1 wash cloth and towel. Dingy sheets and stained bed covers. We had to leave due to an emergency, and asked about their refund policy. The manager became cold, distant, and silent. She was rude and said, No refunds, no matter the situation. There is no written statement of this policy in their advertisement. I'm calling the BBB, and lodging a formal complaint. Do NOT EVER STAY HERE.

The staff are friendly The rooms are clean They recently renovated the bathrooms and they look amazing There are some local people who are staying long term many of which do so because of some misfortune that has befallen at them. You will notice that some of the slanderous negative reviews are have a racist undertone when mentioning these people. You can be assured that the hotel is in fact a safe and secure place. Building smelled like weed when we walked in! We got into bed and the bed smelled like body odor or wet dog! The gentleman at the front desk gave us a hard time about getting different bedding

One of the nastiest hotels in Rocky Mount! This place is basically the projects. The rooms downstairs are their tenants which is filled with roaches and people doing drugs. The smell of mildew and weed greets you at the entrance. The towels and rags they use are the same ones housekeeping uses to clean the rooms, nasty and stained filled with dog and human hair all over them. THEY have roaches and flies all in the rooms.
