Update on my review: Following my ER visit in 2024, I have experienced serious billing issues. America’s ER did not issue a bill until 05/04/25 - well past the Texas legal deadline for timely patient billing (Texas Civil Practice & Remedies Code Chapter 146). Additionally, they failed to timely file a claim with my insurance (TRICARE).
