This is a real review. We had high hopes for thos company. We selected them and really wanted the relationship to be successful. But so it goes, anyone can go sour. ​If you are considering this company, skip this one. They’ve been managing our building for 6 months and have already ignored/violated multiple transparency laws. The owner is the sole employee of this office, and unfortunately professionalism appears to depend heavily on whether he personally likes you. Phone calls and emails are not returned in a timely or professional manner. I also experienced behavior that I perceived as discriminatory toward women. If it were possible, many of us would welcome a change in management; however, the HOA does not currently allow it.

I would highly recommend this management company. They are a valuable asset to our luxury townhouse community, keeping everything running smoothly and beautifully maintained.
