Do not let the low initial price fool you. Based on our experience, their priority is collecting fees — not managing your community or supporting your association. During our time with this company, we saw little to no proactive management. When residents raised legitimate issues — problems the association's own bylaws designate as management's responsibility — we were told those issues were ours to handle. This is a real review. We had high hopes for thos company. We selected them and really wanted the relationship to be successful. But so it goes, anyone can go sour. ​If you are considering this company, skip this one. They’ve been managing our building for 6 months and have already ignored/violated multiple transparency laws. We regularly get meeting notices without the actual documents or contracts the board is voting on or discussing, and they conveniently leave important material details out of the official minutes (when ... read more

The owner is the sole employee of this office, and unfortunately professionalism appears to depend heavily on whether he personally likes you. Phone calls and emails are not returned in a timely or professional manner. I also experienced behavior that I perceived as discriminatory toward women. If it were possible, many of us would welcome a change in management; however, the HOA does not currently allow it.
