They arrived on time. Explained exactly what they would be doing , the process and chemicals involved. They gave an estimate on when they would be completed and hit that within about a half hour. Our carpet seriously looked like brand new when they were done. We have dogs so they used a pet odor remover on the carpet also. Our house smelled so fresh when they were done. We would highly recommend their service to anyone needing carpet cleaning !!!! Thank you ACS !!
