Steve did a great job on the initial consultation and really helped us understand why an upgrade would be best, not just an upsell. He completed the install in a timely basis and offered a fair price. After the install he did a tutorial and walked us through any steps that were still needed to complete the monitoring agreement. I have had a couple more interactions with him afterwards on followup questions, and they have been positive as well.
