So sorry if this company buys your apartment building while you live there. You should just move out immediately when that happens. This real estate company is incredibly badly managed, and they clearly do not care about people at all. They purchased our building in January 2021 and did not respond to our requests (or any of our neighbors requests we found out after talking with everyone in the building) to address significant issues with the unit.
