There were a few glitches in the beginning with the Company, but the Owner had rectified the situation to our satisfaction. My Mom's Physical Therapist was Ricky. Mom thought he was very attentive, showed her how to do the exercises and sometimes did them with her! I am her daughter and was around for all of their sessions, he always answered any questions I had regarding her recovery. He programmed the exercises according to her needs and ability to do them.
