you all suck, cant even get a return receipt mailed when i give them a stamped self addressed envelope. that's the sulphur springs Texas location. Taylor is rude, not helpful as is the whole office, plus your cars such and are overpriced.
I purchased a Chevy Captiva from your North Tulsa Car-mart. over a month ago an oil leak caused a belt to snap and wrap around the alternator, they fix it because it was within my warranty but they did not change the oil after an OIL LEAK. now the motor has blown out and it's been a month without a car. I have found my intire expearence with the St Jo Mo office a complete nightmare and trying to complain to corporate office just makes it worse becouse none of my calls are returned. The St jo Mo office fraudulently sold me a 2005 Dodge durango and since my only recourse now seems to be file a lawsuit as I want all the money I got in it back and my attorneys and court fees payed too plus for mental anguish, its not legal to sell a car in the state of missouri, I was provided a fraudulent title and the St Jo office refuses to ... read more
I have worked with the Carmart team going on 2 years now. I have watched the employees working with the customers and talked with several returning customers while being at the location doing radio remotes. Every employee has always been courteous and helpful to every customer who has come in. I have also been blessed to work with different ones from the corporate office. Been getting run around for over two months now about the referral I sent and still yet to receive my referral money always a excuse was told when it happened it was put in to the one lady over it now saying she knew nothing about it to again it's been put in so don't know if I will recommend anyone else
My wife is on her third vehicle from car-mart they have been great friendly and I don’t know any other pre owned dealer who provides service on a car that is purchased as is you just can’t beat that highly recommend
