My wife is on her third vehicle from car-mart they have been great friendly and I don’t know any other pre owned dealer who provides service on a car that is purchased as is you just can’t beat that highly recommend
I have been dealing with car mart awhile now.dont get me wrong the manager has been great to me.but every since i got my 08 Ford edge .i have been having problems with it.itran good for 8 months until we had to replace with a new battery.and its been crapy every since that day.been in shop 3x still not fixed.and i stopped paying on it.so i told myself if its not fixed the 3rd time im do e with it.what happened with satisfaction with car mart.jus wish they would have put me in another ride
My boyfriend and i both have vehicles from car mart. They breeched contract with his by not fixing what was promised when he bought it. He stopped making payments as an attorney said they r in breech.after a year they fixed partially and then refused to release it til payments were caught up.we had talked to the district manager and that wasnt the agreement. I got a 2001 Olds Bravada back in end of July- Aug 20016 from Carmart in Lebanon. It has been in the shop off and on every since I got it. In 1 week it has been in the shop 3 times for the same problems. I keep getting told by Joe at Carmart that he will make it right well so far that has not happened. My ABS light comes on as well as my break light there are times it wont stop. My check engine is on and I have had it checked and it shows bad smog pump which they refuse to fix. We bought a 2003 Ford F150 truck about a month ago and have had trouble with it ever since. I bought a 2006 Ford Freestyle from the Car Mart in Columbus Ms. It was the worst mistake I could have made. I think they got this vehicle out of a junk yard and sold it to me for 8000.00. It has been in the shop more than I have had it. But you know word of mouth does so much for a business and I work in retail. I see 100's of people on a daily basis. i purchase 2005 suv and i was misled about they would not fix it i havde been out of about 1000 dollars because of the workers and saleman and occice personel you have now my suv is not running and they knew about it the day i purchase it that suv is coasting me 11000 thousand i purchase a bill i have file a complant with the attorney general office about the lemon law because the deal was not honored and also fileing a class action law suite as soon as my lawyer fix my papers my neme is bobby taylor

You get a call telling you to call them by 6pm and with in 2 hours they are taking the truck the lot is 45 minute drive and it takes the retards hour and half to get my truck back. Now I have to find a ride to get the truck back. Stilwell is the worse freakin place to buy a car from there rude and treat you like your stupid
