Literally they’re annoying as hell when you get behind on a payment. They’ll come to where ever you are and try claiming that “they’re checking up on you” when In reality they just want their money for their cars that aren’t even worth what the hell they ask for and sure they didn’t buy them for that much. Got my car back in January of 19 and here it is August and I swear my engine light has came on more than 10 times within those months of having it. This is the Worst place to purchase a vehicle! Do not buy from here! I feel like I am paying for a vehicle that I hardly have and mostly is in their shop! I literally have lost count of how many times it has had to be serviced. Its a problem and the customer service is horrendous too. Last time I left my car there for a week while I was away on vacation and when I came back they still did not have it ready and of course didn't know what was going on. They sold my wife a 2003 Ford explorer with 80,000 miles told her the sludge from the engine was from it setting up . Then when I looked it over the motor was ready to blow it had electrical issues and abs light come on and they told her to just drive it until the engine blows up it's under warranty per Chris the manager. And they would put another engine in it then the screw that keeps the steering wheel from falling in your lap was broke so the steering wheel wasn't stable nor safe and then the antifreeze was just magicall... read more
The staff at the Ada OK car mart have always treated us right and are very friendly i will continue to send people there and do business there
They have always worked with me on my payments. When I had mechanical issues, they was quick to resolve the problem. Pamela is an amazing sales person. Mike is a very qualified manager. Enjoyed my experiences.
