The short man has a nasty attitude. If I wanted to order something else I couldn't. Very dismisisve and rude. The lady was nicer but lost. Both seem like they need help but won't hire any. Be kind to all people, especially when they're the one's keeping you afloat. At least the wings were good. I didn't have high expectations after seeing the reviews. However, customer service is poor.
I ordered some food off of Uber Eats and the food that they gave me look like it was overcooked to the point where the meat was Brown and so I tried to reach out to call them letting them know that my order was messed up they didn't answer the same day it happened called the next day and I spoke to one of the Reps who told me to bring my food and which I did and believe it or not the same food was cook ed over again as if they are serving older food and just refrying it the atmosphere of the place is great it's very clean ho... read more
You could never go wrong with American best friends. It just all depends on the manager when it comes to frys options and sauce options.
Cool staff..clean location..I usually order to go, but they do have service tables and seating. Who doesn't like chicken!!??!!
