the front desk lady is nice
The room was beautiful and Miss Irene was very professional and very welcoming. Five stars will definitely recommend this place.
Horrible hotel does not give back deposit an will look for any reason not to give your money back even with horrid room conditions.
I stay in Houston often and the prices, availability and quality of Airbnbs and hotels are crazy on short notice. First of all, this hotel is owned and managed by some very nice people. Secondly, although it is priced like a budget hotel, the facility and rooms are extremely nice. I couldn’t ask for a better experience than this. I will be staying here often.
