Horrible experience besides the rooms told manager about guest being too loud 2 times after nothing was done I told guests to lower their voice when they proceeded to attack me and letting my dog out the room again telling manager when I proceeded back to my room manager was on second floor looking up to my door the guest was next door to me upon opening my door that guest again proceeded to attack me forcing their way into my room shutting the door and attacking me while manager stood a floor down doing nothing police were ... read more
Rooms are rundown, no amenities, or even cups for making tea or coffee, even though there is a microwave. The mirrie had where people had scratched their names into the wood. Simple thin blanket for the bed. Traffic noise since they are right next to the freeway. Way overpriced, motel 6 is better and cheaper.
The service was great, location very convenient, but I rate it what it is due to the fact that the windows do not keep the freeway sound out during the night at all, to be fair we did have one of the rooms where the window faces the freeway though. I'm a light sleeper and it was a major issue for me. Other than the freeway noise, it was fine. Very spacious and clean, just a couple things here and there that weren't perfect regarding cleanliness but we didn't have any issues there.
