Customer service is bad
This was one of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed in… our mini fridge didn’t work, the toilet wouldn’t flush and the chain lock on our door was broken. And one of the double beds wasn’t made right and didn’t have a blanket on the bed. And the battery’s to the TV remote were held in with an Old Spice sticker from someone’s old deodorant. The only good thing about the room was the AC
This place is not wheelchair accessible. You cannot fit into the bathroom with a wheelchair. Cant get into the room itself without popping a damn wheelie. No bars for support. The beds are insanely high. How is someone wheelchair bound going to jump onto the bed? Goes against the laws. Its also run down and gross.
