Absolutely the WORST costumer service, we drove in from New Mexico which was 10-12 hours with 2 kids in the car for a funeral , they wanted to charge us 4 extra rooms saying it was our fault on our end even though we have confirmation of 2 rooms and then the receptionist wouldn’t call her manager saying she doesn’t answer calls and won’t come in person to talk to us, I do not recommend this establishment

One of the ladies that works the desk is extremely rude and will not give you the price she quoted over the phone. I mean I'm not looking for a deal or a new friend but she was angry I even ask to rent a room then charged $250 more a week than what she quoted over the phone. I used to stay there for a couple weeks a year while working and it was always good but I no longer will be staying there and I don't recommend staying there at all
