Our room was very musty. Cranked up the AC but that didn’t help. Then, when we took our shoes off, the carpet was sticky. Gross! Also, they posted pictures on Google maps showing breakfast, yet they do not have breakfast. As others have mentioned, there were billing discrepancies. Fortunately, ours was fairly modest, so it was not worth the hassle of dealing with the desk staff’s surly attitude. Paid and booked room through Super.com. arrived at motel and was told it would be twenty extra for my pet....website only stated they were pet friendly. Then he required an extra$55 in cash for a room deposit even though he had our ID card and debit card from the original booking...next day he claimed we had stained one of the towels and he kept twenty dollars....we spent until 1:30 the day we checked out dealing with this dispute.
