NICE SERVICE GOOD HOSPITALITY
my car broke down in their parking lot, and was waiting for the tow truck. already been waiting 2hrs, so it was upsetting to be refused by the front desk staff to use the ladies room. really?? where is the humanity?? plus its 108 degrees outside!!
They are right off the interstate. No restaurants nearby. But within a few minutes drive.
I stayed here for nine days. Overall it was great for the price that I paid. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the employees were nice. Housekeeping was awesome, always getting to my room even if I didn't leave until the mid afternoon some days. Room had a microwave and fridge. Lots of TV channels. Conviently located next the interstate and the U of A. The only bad things were that walls were a little thin and that the tv had lines running through it. Otherwise for $60 a night you can't beat it.
Georgia in the office hung up on me on the phone, the room I was in 142 was filthy, the place is full of crack heads and drugs. Nasty nasty. Won’t be going back. Free coffee in the morning was beyond terrible. Felt very unsafe there.
Completely sucked their customer service is crappy the worst hotel I've ever stayed at they dont give a damn about their customers very rude knocking on the door at 8am seriously???
