I ordered a room online and there was apparently a problem checking me in,they had all my information showing it was paid and it still took 30 minutes or so to get checked jn they didnt put me in the room I reserved online and the room the put me in the bed collapsed when I sat on it so they moved me to a room and the shower didnt work the people were friendly and easy to speak too but the quality of the room wasn't all that
Sept 11, 2025 the evening shift manager she very friendly and welcoming. The overnight person was not friendly and didn't have no breakfast setup
Don't waste your money We had three rooms all smelling so bad. We found bugs in all 3 rooms. Shower room fill like Don't even want to use. For me money was not refundable so I had to stay but I would never come back here.
I had a great stay there. It's at a great location and very convenient. The staff is very nice and Ms.carolyn at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. Nice rooms and just great all around.
⭐️ “Do NOT be fooled by the ads for America’s Best Value Inn & Suites by Sonesta in Morrow, GA. Nothing is as advertised. The rooms were dirty, and I even saw little critters, which is unacceptable. The breakfast they brag about is a joke — stale food, barely any options, and definitely not worth waking up for. The entire property feels neglected and unsafe. Save your money and stay somewhere else — this place is not worth it.”
