I am 67 years old and this is the nastiest room I have ever stayed in. Not only that but we were double charged, thank goodness I looked at my credit card bill. They credited the second charge and when I complained about the room, he said someone else would call me, no one ever did of course I would really love my money back!

This is literally the first things you see when walking in the room. Then there were towels shoved under the bed. The girl I did see that appeared to work here looked like she strung out. It was awful. This was the breakfast area, workers just sitting around. I won't be back here at all.

They get zero stars for the room. I should’ve known when the receptionist said that I had to sign a form stating that I couldn’t request a refund. Not no… I said, “How bad could it be?!” I wouldn’t realize just how bad until I got on the elevator where the stale smoke smell was stifling. When the doors opened to my floor, we were greeted by the sinister hallway that looked like the scene of a horror movie- dark, dingy, dirty, poorly maintained… I opened up the room to find worse.
