Clean, friendly, and cheap
This place is not considerate of my time or money I live all the way in NW Florida and I landed at IAH just to get to my hotel for them to declined me service stated that I “peed on the bed on my last stay”. I am a 30 year old I do not pee on my self they didn’t even offer me a room imagine traveling all day long and then the deny you don’t stay here im warning you.
This is the dirtiest hotel ever just nasty never again
Horrible and I mean absolutely horrible service. The room had mold, and stains all over the bed. There was no water pressure so we couldn't shower regularly. We went to the front desk with the issue and he just gave us keys and told us to check a room we liked. Also, told us that has never been reported. Yet two of the rooms he gave us keys too had the same issue. Took video of this. There was nonstop traffic and noise but we dealt because you get what you pay for.
