Overall this is a very nice rental property as it has been recently renovated. I reserved a room for one week but like this place so much I decided I would stay 1 more week, next time I'm in NFW area this facility will be my #1 choice. Rooms are fairly large and bright, clean, neat & orderly and have nicer decor designs than other more expensive places. I do not recommend you coming here. I’ve been booking this place for the past 3 months through a booking platform. Tonight I was told my reservation was through a third party so I have to pay at the counter. On top of that he refused to cancel my reservation because I did not book in person.. horrible customer service…. This is my updated review. Up on being told I won’t get a refund. Best and cleanest hotel in the area. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. I highly recommend this hotel and I will be using this location in the future!
