Blatantly Unsanitary & Unprofessional — Avoid This Hotel I stayed at Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Bush Intl Airport (18031 McKay Dr, Humble, TX 77338), Room #203. The mattress had blood and urine stains, and the bed was dirty and dingy. When we politely asked the man at the front desk to switch rooms — not even asking for a refund, just a clean bed — he refused and accused me and my fiancé of causing the stains, which is outrageous and said we can check out. Muy sucio.
The room had hair in it on the floor, and the smoke detector was removed. Also the comforter had burn holes in it. Then, after arriving late and needing to leave early, it was not explained to me that the 24 hour shuttle service has to be scheduled, and if you don’t go at the time that they have chosen to schedule you, you will have to take an Uber. The man at the front desk was very rude and closed the communication window during our conversation, offering no assistance.. Zero out of five stars.
