Muy sucio.
The room had hair in it on the floor, and the smoke detector was removed. Also the comforter had burn holes in it. Then, after arriving late and needing to leave early, it was not explained to me that the 24 hour shuttle service has to be scheduled, and if you don’t go at the time that they have chosen to schedule you, you will have to take an Uber. The man at the front desk was very rude and closed the communication window during our conversation, offering no assistance.. Zero out of five stars.
Nos hospedamos allí porque nuestro vuelo salía al otro día a las 7 am del IAH. Agendamos desde el día anterior el shuttle hacia el aeropuerto y al otro día cuando preguntamos al recepcionista por el shuttle nos dijo que no estaba agendado y tenía una actitud poco servicial para resolver un asunto que fue su error.
