I reserved a deluxe king room. I paid at the time of booking. When we arrived to check in, the room they put me in had someone else's stuff in it. I went back to the front desk and they stated that they had no other rooms available. We were then sent to the Ramada Inn, we were told they had a king room available. We arrived to check in at the Ramada Inn and was told again that they didn't have a room available. We finally did get a room, but the hassel was ridiculous.

Room floors are dirty! DIRTY! You can smell the dust in the room. Also Google Maps shows a gym and pool and there is NOT gym or pool on place. Make you a favor and don’t come!

Scraped floors, moldy bathrooms. Felt like we were in the worst part of town. Lots of yelling and noises all night. Had to put down a $50 deposit and then hotel kept $20 saying there was excessive hair from our service animal.

Just an FYI. It's been almost an year and I have yet to get my deposit back. They say that the deposit been submitted back to your card but that definitely is a lie. Had to call them 4 times and still got no deposit. This place is a joke and the people that run it I don't even want to go there!! Unprofessional!!
