We stayed for one night. We paid for two Queen beds. The room they gave us was two double beds. The pillows were small, flat, and terrible. We ended up buying our own from the store. The shower wasn’t clean and we didn’t use it. The check in experience was terrible. She tried to give us the wrong room on our reservation and then actually did give us a room we didn’t reserve. Hospitality was awesome. The lady that checked us in was very kind and helpful. The TV was not working at first and when we alerted her of the issue she promptly was able to fix it - no issue. Very homey atmosphere and family friendly. The rooms heat/air conditioner worked great and room was clean. A really great value.

I checked into America's best hotel in Bluffton Indiana on September 26th it is now October 8th and I just paid for another week at the hotel because my car is broke down and I have no means of transportation to get anywhere else. Upon my arrival at this hotel they charged me $100 a night plus $10 for my dog. After 4 days here they told me that I could stay for the week if I paid them $350.
