Stayed here because it was close to my convention, sorry I did that. Bar lock on door was broken, holes in the wall next to the door, main light wouldn't work, toilet seat broken, roaches in the room. I fixed the toilet seat for them, which mean that the bathroom either wasn't cleaned before I checked in, or they didn't care the seat was broken. Update to owner response....I have stayed with my husband here multiple times and witnessed the hair in showers, the unruly guests that live there permanently, the no blanket on bed but the decorative cover, the nasty fridges, I've witnessed how unkept and not a good place to stay it is. So it's not he say she say and you should be ashamed of how your business is and how you are running it period. Do better. There's hair in the bed and in shower and the bed had some sort of bug on it this time. My husband stays here while working around Harrisonville area it's the cheapest rooms but almost every single time it's like this. Especially the dirty showers. They do not clean good at all and I wouldn't put it passed them to not change the bedding to be honest. One trash can in entire room. Lucky if you have a coffee pot in the room too. The employees are nice and accommodating but in the rooms amenities are sketchy. They were clean. There was water on the floor of our bathroom and in front of the sink. One bed had pastries. No hot breakfast here. Would I stay here again? No, I would not.
Lack of cleanliness, and the rooms are full of smoke and bad smells. You should keep your business cleaner.
