Fist of all I do not agree with the previous negative comments. Although the hotel is a bit dated the staffs friendless makes up for it. I had a great experience from calling in and being helped from booking my room, to actual check in. Jake who was working both when I called and showed up knew what he was doing and was a joy to work with. And for my room, their are no complaints. IT WAS A GREAT DEAL FOR THE PRICE. And will for sure be coming back

My recent visit to Waverly to attend the horse sale....we stayed at the Inn...we found the rooms very clean........great night sleep...and close to the sale barns........the owner(s) could improve the service and food at the restaurant ( which I understand is out of control of the hotel manager )....although luckily the bar was great, and served a limited menu , thank you Julie !!!!...... 1000 miles from Georgia

I have stayed with Americas Best Value Inn for almost a year and have had a great stay for the whole time. The employees and owner have always been there for any requests i had. Its a great hotel.

Our family had 3 rooms, 7 people. This is not a new motel, but we found it to be clean and friendly. The pool area is large and doesn't have the high humidity and crowded space found in many indoor pools. There are many tables and chairs provided for watching swimmers. Our rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom area provides two sinks, hair dryer and coffee maker.
