RecommendedThis hotel is no longer America’s Best Value..it has changed hands and is now the Guest House Inn and Suites. Here in Cheyenne, WY, it is being remodeled and the rooms are CLEAN and very comfortable. This is a pet friendly hotel, with a comfortable lobby, swimming pool and hot tub, and very nice and accommodating front desk staff! We will be staying here again when we are traveling through!
They mess up the booking online and expect you to take care of it.
The room had a musty odor. Several lights in our room didn’t work. The bath tub plug was missing (a must have with two small children who still take baths). The spa smelled disgusting and the water wasn’t clear. For continental breakfast, they were out of all juice and coffee. How?! Since there are no in room coffee makers, there was NO coffee to be had in the hotel. I thought it was great. Friendly staff, room was very clean. Great breakfast with plenty of options the coffee was hot and great. I will diffidently stay here again.
Bed bugs so had to move hotels which sucked cause we were there on a work trip.
Rooms are nice. 2-story, no elevator. No coffee makers in room was disappointing. Coffee in lobby was horrid. Liked the soap and shampoo dispensers in the rooms. Hotel is next to train tracks but couldn't hear the trains going by.
I really love this place . I'll wish my family is with me when I go again here
