I asked to switch rooms from a Beautiful view of the hilltop to the other side of the building with a view of the Pacific Ocean in the distance. They thought I was a little crazy because the view also includes a view of the I-5 and it didn't have a couch. Living in Vegas I can sit on a couch anytime & we have Beautiful hilltops to view. What we don't have is a view of and a close proximity to the Pacific Ocean! They gladly accommodated me, the manager and staff were all very nice and so helpful. Close to beach and restaurants. Very clean and off street parking is big plus
Great location! Amazing rooms, always clean and neat felt like home. Will definitely be back many nights
We were charged one night's stay after we canceled the hotel room more than two weeks before the cancellation deadline. The hotel refused to refund the cost of the room stating they had not received the cancellation notice from Expedia. Not a good experience or example of customer service.
