Beautiful clean comfortable quiet. Above and beyond customer service. Every single employee we encountered was above and beyond.
I was very well pleased, with the service.. had a great stay and time. The room and bathroom were clean and up to par.. i would recommend this hotel to any and everybody wholeheartedly!
Stayed a total of 4 nights this time, 2 separate rooms. Both were great rooms and the staff was very helpful and good mannered. Will definitely keep coming back
Checked in with Expedia price. Clearly looking for pet friendly room. Service Desk charged me for their price. Once corrected he had already put my bank card through( partial payment). Then he said he canceled asked for cash. OK $51.44. Partial charge on card $59.44. Was being charged $71. Why have approved rooms for cheaper prices but still try to charge customer full price. Now trying to get charge on bank card reimbursed. Ugh. Couldn't watch TV plug in loose, no toilet paper, one wash cloth two hand towels no bath towels.
Purchased online room. $51.44 Charged regular rate $71.44. Charged bank card partial $59.44, then said he canceled so paid cash. Never canceled partial payment.
