The room was not cleaned well, only stairs to 3rd floor and had to wait for them to get room cleaned and only one towel for 2 adults
Was able to pay cash
Took 5-10 min to get someone to come to desk to check us in. There was only 2 sets of towels for 4 people. Towels had stains on them, possibly dirty. Could hear lots of noise from outside.bathroom plug did not work. Breakfast was ok. Kids ate cereal and I ate a yogurt. Waffle maker had food on it. 1 of 2 room cards didn't work.
This place needs a complete update. Everything was very dated and bedding/curtains were dirty. Our window wouldn't lock and the screen was busted. Not very secure. I wouldn't recommend. The location was good for what we needed.
