★★★★★ I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with fresh bed linens and pillows. The air conditioner worked very well. A special thank you to Jay, the manager, for being so friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the ability to park my semi-truck with a 53-foot trailer. The location is excellent, with Aldi just a short walk away, plenty of restaurants nearby. Walmart available. My only suggestion is to replace the towels. They were clean but a bit worn. My family and I have nightmare to choose this Americas Best Value Inn Pico Rivera Los Angeles E to stay for July 4, 2026. Checked in at 4:30 PM on 07/03/2026. We were at the hotel about 5 PM but staff told us to wait 30 min because the room not clean yet. We allowed to check in at 5:30PM, we almost passed out due to clorox cleaner and bleach. Floor was still dirty, mosquitoes still flied around. AC unit was so dusty. Three Cockroaches about thump side were still moving around the bed and bathroom. Chair was too old. This hot... read more
