They saved my -as ! Thanks to the local Amtrak ! I was told there was no room for my gear on the bus . It was 9:20 pm , Amtrak left me stranded in a city where I know nobody . I rode to one motel they did not accept cash or debt cards . I was miles from the nearest hike and bike camp spot . Americas best value was there for me when I needed help . Thank You very much for your service .
The room we stayed in is very old, outdated and run down. Mainly the restroom amenities. The shower was very stained. The toilet leaked our entire stay. The floor in restroom was dirty(stained) very old paint and holes in restroom wall lower area by door. There were no outlets in restroom to plug in hair dryer. Ceiling of restroom looked caved in and painted over. The bed was decent. It's location very convenient though.
This hotel has serious problems. The bathroom and shower might as well have been wet paper mache. There was black mold in the shower and one of the shower walls was clearly swelling from moisture getting into the wall. The toilet clogged when used and the front desk just gave us a plunger to fix it ourselves. The sink leaked a little from the bottom. Vending machines did not work.
