America's Best in Houston Texas is a wonderful place to stay. Very affordable and very clean Staff is great.

We always stay at AB. We go to cancer treatment in the Texas Medical Center. The rooms are clean. The clerks are very nice, and they have a shuttle to take you to places you need to go. All and all the price is great.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel ever. Stayed with a friend for a Metallica concert, the bedsheets weren’t made and room wasn’t clean when we got there, there was what looked like mold on the ceiling of the bathtub, there was a live cockroach, the microwave was stuck shut on several occasions when trying to heat up food and there was a power outage in our room. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I never usually review anything but this experience was absolutely TERRIBLE that I had to review this time.

Horrible experience, the room wasn't clean when I got there. Found a live roach in the same room, and power went out on one side of the room after I went back from the concert last night.

We stayed 2 nights here, our room was nice and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. While here We used the shuttle service to the hospital. We were given Excellent service, we really enjoyed talking with our shuttle driver, he was a very nice and helpful gentleman. We really appreciate that so much. The van was very nice and clean. We will be staying again when we have appointments at MD Anderson.
