Place is quiet, clean. But the phone service doesn’t work to call front desk.
I didn’t even get a chance to stay here…nor did my friends or family. I called the hotel today to get room type and room rate information along with additional hotel information for a future stay. The gentleman who answered the phone hung up on me twice. The first call, I never got to ask more than 3 questions and he hung up on me mid sentence. Last resort type of place if don’t want to pay for deposit. Even though within past week they’ve added deposits for some rooms. Customer service is trash , had a small complaint and even though he couldn’t understand me made it seem as if I were lying about kids -staff family members- who banged on my door a half hour before check out. Pretty sure is family owned because kids do cleaning and stuff house keepers would do. Not very clean and the rooms very old and carpet nasty, I think definitely need a new house keeping crew needs to be replaced and the manger there just wants to argue with everybody but I will never stay there again even if the problems fixed. I should of took photos of it all but I didn't want to be reminded of it later on to be honest
