Loose electric outlets things would not stay plugged into. Very uncomfortable bed. 2 floors & no elevator for heavy baggage. Continental breakfast was really lackluster: slices of bread, cereal, bagels with no cream cheese. The staff were so kind though, parking was free and the room & linens were clean.
No Pets, not even servuce animals, no guests not even family, No cash deposits. And that was how my day started. I paid online and didnt know anything about a $100 deposit until i got to the office, Manager said it clearly is stated on app. So i guess I'm blind , didnt get to check in for hrs due to issues with the card i purchased and the manager wasnt willing to hold on to the card she had to charge it. 3 days later i still havent recieved anything.
