I moved in 30 days ago. Front desk attendants have been very kind, informative, and responsive, thanks to Shawn, Divya and Kavya. The property is very well maintained. My room is like brand new. Housekeeping staff are excellent. The owner should be proud of what they offer, and fortunate to have such a great staff. Great Work everyone!
We tried to get a room at Knights inn north Richland Hill, Motel 6 and Travel lodge by Wyndham. No a single one would honor the price listed on Google Maps. The I spoke with Kavya at Americas Best Value Inn. She was a breath of fresh air and came through with great service and a very pleasant conversation. We will definitely be returning. When we checked out Shawn was just as pleasant. Hats off to a great team.
Stayed for 2 weekend nights and this hotel is one of the best budget friendly hotels I've stayed at! I felt safe, the man at the front desk was very nice and helpful and the hotel was very clean. It has a larger mini fridge (with a mini freezer) then most hotels and a microwave. Shower was nice, the pool was clean and warm and the guests were respectful. They have cable TV and the rooms are a decent size. I would stay here again!
Stayed here twice and both times I got phenomenal service Room was clean and well put together Nice and quiet Staff was super helpful and attentive
