Worst and scariest stay in a hotel ever !! a regular resident was drunk causing issues with people. He was walking in the middle of the entry driveway blocking cars. He blocked us where I had to stop. He proceeded to walk up to the front of the car and hit my hood and was threatening us with violence. He walked up to my 10 year old sons window continued threatening us. Followed us to our parking spot where he tried fighting in front of my kids. Manager on duty saw and did absolutely nothing!! Our room was neat, tidy and clean. We liked the layout of the room very much. The two gentlemen that worked at the desk were gentleman. The area the hotel was located in was easily accessible.

I booked a room drove 7 hours to get here literally falling asleep at the wheel just to be told that check in is at 11am so I am sleeping in my car until then great customer service...why did i book a room just to sleep in my car?? Can't even cancel this reservation because its non refundable l am better off paying more money to go next door to motel 6 doesn't matter when you book the room or check in
