We had such a great stay at Springs Lodge and Cafe—it was the perfect place for our trip to Hot Springs, SD! The location couldn’t have been better, with the hot springs just a short distance away, making everything super convenient. The rooms were very clean, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Springs Lodge was wonderful! The rooms are spacious with unique touches that make your stay an experience. The outdoor cafe gave us a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of driving and the owners kept it open for us as we arrived just before closing! Highly recommend this stop in the relaxing town of Hot Springs. Local charm with the warmth a small town provides.

Right by the river, the small Cafe offers outdoor seating and a abundant menu. They are open long hours.
Nice homey hotel. Close to downtown and the hot springs. Room walls and ceiling/floors are thin and hardwood. Only thing is to hope you don't have neighbors, which is unlikely. If you are sensitive to noise, do not stay here. I could hear regular conversations from the next room and constantly listened to people walk around above me. At the very least don't stay on the lower level. Temperature control in room was also an issue.
