I have been booking this hotel for the past 2 months for work and have not had any issues with the place. The staff is friendly and it's clean. Will keep on booking with them.
We enjoyed our stay here. Friendly service A+++ If I ever come back I will still here again.

First off the gentleman with the tribal tattoo on his arm, an amazing human being because he did not have to save the room for me nor anything else for that matter yet I was 30 minutes away. He saved the room like you said he would with everything going on in Austin the rooms are anywhere from $400-$1500 a night Which he could’ve charged me because of the music festival that’s going on at this time. but he didn’t yes I paid more than normal but I was OK with that especially for him saving it for me. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!
