Ya traía reserva me cobraron extra por una persona quizá es entendible pero nisiquiera me dieron toalla extra un sofá al menos por esa persona que me cobró le comenté que cuál era el costo para tener otra cama extra a lo cual la persona de recepción se negó, tuve que dormir como pude, y me pidieron mi tarjeta para si algo resultaba dañado me lo hiban a cobrar, la verdad fue muy incómodo, el de respecion no me pareció amable estás pagando por algo al menos te traten como mereces

CLEAN Rooms! No hot breakfast, no in room coffee (wasn’t a big deal to us as we travel with our own). Staff very friendly! Dan is awesome! He was very happy to suggest places to eat that were amazing! Jacob was very polite when checking us out! Maid service is A+!
