It was a good stay …. Just wondering why am I getting charged a $25 fee repeatedly
Horrible, mucha calor ,aire no funciona nunca enfrió, ni siquiera refresco , al grado de ir a buscar sueros ,un calor espantoso, y la alberca serrada ,y Sucia, con lama
This place was disappointing. I reserved a double bed room for me and my 3 kids! They charged extra per person. The restroom smell bad when we got there. My pillow smelled bad. The shower dispensers had no soap or shampoo. We had our own so it wasn’t too bad. The breakfast was just cereal. They pretended to have drinks but was just water with food coloring, it tasted awful when you’re expecting juice not worth the $150 we paid.
Let’s get right into it. Clean rooms from top to bottom ☑️ Cleaning service cleans everyday. Which is how it should be, and used to be at any decent hotel. This is to make sure no build up of dirt, mold ect. accumulates. The appliances are up to date with a real mini fridge, separate freezer so you can buy decent groceries if staying longer than a day.
