The staff was nice the corporation that owns this American Best needs to invest in the building that had no hot water the boiler was no good but they just lied about the issues they had cockroaches and the rooms were not that clean I was there for a family reunion all the other hotel had no room so I just go me some roach spray and took a cool shower it was 97 degrees in Hattiesburg everyday.

Was suppose to be a smoke free room. Definetily wasnt. The smoke dector was coverd over with a bag so all the smoke people was doing wouldnt set it off. There was 3 lamps in the room 2 was missing bulbs. The bed was extremely soft. The toilet seat was broken. And there was toilet paper in the dirty bathroom on the floor. Stayed at different hotel the next night. There is no pool. The lady at the desk was nice

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Me and my boyfriend stayed here for about 2 weeks, and while there the WiFi was in and out…the pool wasn’t open, and no breakfast. This place is expensive for the pool not to be open, no breakfast, tub that wouldn’t drain, the freezer in our fridge didn’t work well, and WiFi in and out. We were also treated poorly by one of the staff members. Checkout is at 11 and she came to our room knocking at 11:01 with an attitude telling us to just go ahead and leave since we didn’t pay again by 11. Y... read more
