Room was very nice and neat. Comfortable beds.
I’m a 17 year combat veteran, I called to make a reservation and told the owner I have a service dog and he point blank told me he can refuse my service dog. The owner better look at Illinois attorney, gov. He is looking at some legal issues don’t stay at this hotel. I couldn’t give this zero stars.
Bed bugs!!!!
Bed bugs!!! Caught even on video and they wouldn't admit it nor refund our money. We did get a different room, at the very least.
The hotel service was so good and i had good time there
