The front desk clerk was very friendly but aside from that, hotel should probably close if it’s going to do mass renovations or at least fix the rooms issues before renting them out
They told me there is no maid service if I need something I have to go to the front desk and get it the room is horrible the ice box wasn’t even plugged in they told me because of remodeling there is no breakfasts being served stains on everything this is definitely the worst hotel I have ever been in
I recently stayed at this hotel and it was, without exaggeration, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the service and conditions were unacceptable. First, the customer service was extremely disappointing. One of the workers, Hailey, was particularly rude and dismissive when I tried to ask questions and raise concerns. First when we parked the people parked next to us smelled like weed laced with Crack. Second there was a no smoking sticker on the doors when walking in but when the doors open you can smell the cigarette. The lobby looked nothing like the picture they advertised online in fact none of the pictures is what it looked like in the advertisement. Walking to our room the hallway rugs were filthy.
