I have been traveling for approximately 8 months so I have been all around St Louis staying at all different types of hotels. This hotel by far was the most impressive! From the moment that you walk in the spacious room ,to when you get to the great amenities like the deep tub, comfy beds, great TV with Hulu, Netflix, and YouTube! AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! This hotel is an absolute scam. We booked 2 nights at this hotel. We checked in on a Friday evening, received our key cards, and took our things to our room before going out for the night. When we came back, the keys were no longer working, and the staff that was supposed to be there was nowhere to be found. We called multiple times, rang the bell, and there was no one. Smelled horrible and some lights didnt even work. There was no hot water and no breakfast except an apple. Headboard to the bed was chipped and sheets had stains on them.
If I could rate this hotel a 0 I would. I am not overly picky with hotels due to be on a budget. I just expect places to be safe and clean. This hotel is neither. I went to a concert with a friend and tried to stay here. When we first arrived there was construction everywhere, which although inconvenient not a big deal. We checked in a went to our room quick before going to eat before our concert. When we walked into the room it was very musty smelling and had broken furniture.
