This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. The pool was ice cold and was told they are not getting the heaters fixed. There are long term people in other rooms that have absolute priority over the other guest they put me above one of them and then the lady kept knocking on my door and telling me to be quiet when we are not doing anything. The hotel smelled nasty. The door lock was broken on my room. Had to pay a $50 deposit on December 19 It is now January 5 and it is still pending a $50 deposit Called asked why she said that I needed to call back and give her some time to figure out if she’s giving me the 50 bucks back On top of it, took two phone calls for Them to finally spell my last name, correct If anybody’s looking for a hotel, I would just pay the extra 20-40 bucks and avoid this place at all cost They have tons of bad reviews. Love the rooms and the big fluffy bed and pillows! Staff is also great, I love that they help the community, if they can help they Will!
The price and location isnt horrible. But the people staying there are ehh.. Not super sketchy.. but its not the best. Im a man, so I'd stay here again, and the staff seems awesome.. but its a cheap hotel near a casino.. rooms are quiet and safe feeling.. just the people around there are.. yeah.
