Horrible customer service, the tv didnt work, the ac was broken. The sheets werent fitted and were filthy as well as the towels and curtains. I could go on all day.
The service is horrible. Rude rude people. The rooms are dirty disgusting and stinky. The TV didn't work and they charged us 10$extra online to reserve a smoking room and when we got here she said all rooms are no smoking. I will never stay here again
