The guy at the front desk is absolutely awful. We couldn't check in early but that is understandable for cleaning procedures. He demanded an extra $100 for a deposit. I handed him my card and he went to run it. I told him to stop I already paid for the room and to keep my card on file. he said he needed the 100 in cash then. I told him I was never told about a deposit when I paid. He was very judgemental. hostile and I will never go back to that place. Not inviting at all.
Basically it is a Motel and far from San Francisco. Our stay was arranged by Cox and Kings. It is not good as lot of time is wasted in coming and going from town. Rooms are good but few of our group members were complaining about cockroaches in the rooms. Breakfast was ok .
Got to our hotel at 1030 last night. Everything was great until we went to shower..... Fleas, bed bugs, mites, and ticks greeted us! Looked at two other rooms, no difference! Was told the manager would be there at 5A, now being told he won’t be here until 7A.....Nope - no manager until Monday

The price was cheap and didn't look like the pictures online. Close to grub, but that's about it. Need to upgrAde on a bunch of stuff in the room.
Our room needed repairs and I was very unhappy with the price of it first off since the website said one price and I got charged more and second off it wasn't worth it! I didn't even want to take a shower do to how it smelled and looked and it had a leak!!!
We are staying here now, this is our second night. Its a nice room very clean and roomy. We asked for extras and they were on it right away. Beds were very nice and comfy. We'd stay here again! And great price.
