Great price for the room. Happy for 1 night travelling.
When we were leaving the place I ask them to hold my bike for me until I get back and get it the manager put it in the lobby in front of the camera and someone took the bike without permission and it was my only transportation to work now I don't have a job anymore because my bike have gotten stolen from the lobby so that place does not care about your stuff I know who did it I talked to the guy he said he will get my bike back but when I went to go get it,it was not my bike it was one of the guys that does maintenance there... read more
Check-in was very quick and easy with no issues. We drove 6 hours for my husband’s graduation, so we were exhausted and looking forward to relaxing once we arrived. Unfortunately, our first room was unacceptable. There were dirty towels and pillowcases, the bathroom was dirty, the remotes had no batteries, the microwave was missing the plate, and there was even a towel covering the fire detector. You get what you pay for… I was in a non smoking room and the person before me obviously smoked as there was a cigarette butt in the toilet and a plastic bag covering the smoke detector. That is not the hotels fault but not cleaning it up after was definitely a bummer to walk into. Also the sheets and towels were very stained. I’m sure they were washed but was still unideal.
