Reservations were made via Booking. com for a four night stay; unfortunately, this immediately changed to 15 minutes. Before I opened the room, I was already feeling uncomfortable; there was a lot of action (sketchy individuals) outside that delivered negative vibes. This feeling continued as I was opening the door, I noticed it was beat down (to enter by force), upon a time. Hello I came in Monday to stay for a night. I only stayed twice. This time they had someone new in the office he said his name was james. he was very respectful and had excellent customer service! Cleaning services were amazing as well!
My husband, and I traveI a lot. I was very impressed with our room. Spacious, and clean. It had everything we needed to make us feel at home. Staff was inviting, and helpful. We will definitely stay again when we're in the area.

When we were leaving the place I ask them to hold my bike for me until I get back and get it the manager put it in the lobby in front of the camera and someone took the bike without permission and it was my only transportation to work now I don't have a job anymore because my bike have gotten stolen from the lobby so that place does not care about your stuff I know who did it I talked to the guy he said he will get my bike back but when I went to go get it,it was not my bike it was one of the guys that does maintenance there... read more
