Not bad, lucked out. Easy check in process via virtual receptionist in my experience. Room was okay , no complaints from me. Loud club next door till 2 am but I was there !
The room is clean but don't stay here. There's a bar next door that plays music so loud even the TV and AC wouldn't drown out. There's a promise that someone is here to help 24 hours. No one is available to help. I'm very unhappy with this situation. Update. I called the Lee county police department. They came out because of excessive noise. I stay at this hotel every time I’m in town for business, and many of my coworkers do as well. We often work very late, so on this stay I asked the front desk about a late checkout. I was told checkout is at 11:00 AM and that every additional hour would be $10. I left the hotel around 11:40 AM expecting no fee, but ended up being charged . Ok 1st my room stinks. 2nd everything is rusted. 3rd the concierge is a kiosk. There's drunk people drinking and screaming in the parking lot
Accueil très impersonnel à travers un écran pour le check in et le check out. Petit déjeûner très succinct avec une boisson chaude et une gaufre. Buffet aussi déshumanisé que l'accueil. Par contre chambre au 1er étage agréable et confortable pour une nuit. Place de parking gratuite devant.
